Our youngest class designed for ages 0-4 with a caregiver. This Mommy & Me style program, created by Zumba Fitness and Baby First, combines music and movement, song and dance! Each session is designed around a themed Zumbini bundle which includes a songbook, CD and music app of world music to listen to at home and sing and dance to in class!
Dance Fit Kids
This class is one hour of energizing, dance fun that incorporates stretching, fitness, and dance styles from around the world, structured in a simple, follow-along manner that builds confidence, coordination and stamina. This class is for kids of all abilities who are looking to learn new moves, exercise and have fun. The music is a mix of age-appropriate pop songs, and music from around the world. Parents are welcome to join in for free

Teen classes are appropriate for ages 12-18.
Teen Pilates: This mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening core muscles with controlled resistance and is a great way to safely improve muscle tone, spine health, balance and may even correct poor posture. This class is appropriate for a teen looking to start a fitness regime as well as an athletic teen looking to improve his/her core strength, and speed.
Teen Core + Cardio: This class is 20 minutes of mat Pilates plus 30 minutes of aerobic dance-based cardio plus 10 minutes of stretching. Mat Pilates strengthens core muscles and improves posture, and muscle tone. The cardio portion of the class is fun cardio to burn calories and learn new dance moves in a follow-along manner.

Pilates - All Levels:This mat Pilates class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate levels. The class explains fundamentals of Pilates and correct alignment while offering variations for the beginner and intermediate levels of movement.
Pilates Restore: This mat Pilates class moves at a slower pace and dives deep into the fundamental movements for correct alignment. This class is great for those who are recovering from an injury or experiencing back pain or chronic pain or those who are new to Pilates.
Pilates Flow: This mat Pilates class assumes a fundamental knowledge of Pilates alignment. We turn up the music and use rhythm to keep the class flowing gracefully from one exercise to the next. This class is a full-body workout and introduces sequence-based Pilates movement.
Core + Cardio: This class combines 30 minutes of mat Pilates and 30 minutes of dance-based cardio fitness. Start out engaging your mind-body-core connection on a mat, tone your core, and align your spine. Then stand up, turn up the volume and get your heart rate up with music and dance styles from around the world, in a simple, follow-along manner that is so much fun!
Expecting moms will love this Pilates and movement combination class that incorporates toning, stretching and low-impact, dance-based cardio. It’s never too early to dance with your baby or take some time out of your busy day for some mom-to-be fun!
Movin' Mamas (babies welcome!)
New moms who are ready to gently exercise will love this postpartum recovery class! The class starts with mat Pilates core toning, pumps up the volume with low-impact, dance-based cardio, and ends with Pilates stretching and breathing. Bring your baby sleeping in a stroller, let her wriggle on the floor or cuddle him in close in a sling or carrier. Research shows that moving with your baby will do wonders for you and your baby, body and mind!
Inclusive Dance Kids
Kids of all abilities, ages 4-12, jam out to pop songs and world rhythms for energizing, movin’ and groovin’ fun. The class feels like a dance party structured in a simple, follow-along manner that builds confidence, coordination and stamina. Every child is encouraged to participate at their own level. Parents are encouraged to participate with their child as dancing together is a wonderful way to bond.
(Please note this is not a drop-off class as some children may require more or less assistance from their parent or care-giver.)
Adaptive Dance Kids
Dance, movement and music exploration fun for kids ages 4-12 who are in a wheelchair or require walking assistance. A parent or caregiver is required to participate. This class is a great way for child and parent or caregiver to explore movement together.
Zumba: This class is a lot of fun and accommodates different intensity levels appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels. It is structured in a follow-along manner, that will get your heart-rate up without risk of injury. This class dances to styles from around the world and incorporates fitness elements for a full-body workout that is invigorating and fun!
Zumba Gold: This class designed for older adults who are looking for cardio fitness without jumping, twisting or stomping. Great toning, stretching, balance and cardio exercises. Silver Sneakers members welcome!

Mom's Night Out
Join us for Mom’s Night Out Core + Cardio! Tone your core from the inside-out with 20 minutes of Pilates that may also improve posture and relieve back pain. Then roll up your mat as we pump up the volume for 30 minutes of cardio fitness fun that will improve muscle tone, coordination and stamina. Cool down with breathing, and stretching to release tension and improve flexibility. Meet other local moms, bring friends and enjoy the night out!

Both Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Beginner provide an energizing fun fitness class that incorporates stretching, balance and dance moves from around the world for a full body workout that is low impact without jumping, stomping or twisting. The class utilizes a follow-along format and inspires participants to move and groove in a safe yet effective manner.
Silver Sneakers Stability: This class is designed by Silver Sneakers and designed for seniors who are looking to improve their ability to negotiate uneven surfaces. With a focus on core strength, balance and agility, this class provides participants with age-appropriate fall prevention techniques.
